About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing the founder with the necessary support to scale the business with precision and clarity. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining executive workflows, owning cross-functional project execution, and enhancing organizational cadence to ensure the timely delivery of critical initiatives. Key responsibilities include optimizing the founder's calendar, managing communications, leading project execution, and maintaining a high level of data and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Chief of Staff or senior Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a proven track record in running cross-functional projects and owning executive operating cadence. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should possess exceptional written communication skills, high judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and accountability under pressure. Proficiency in modern productivity and project systems is essential. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of the founder. The candidate should be adept at multitasking, with a bias towards action, and be comfortable in a high-intensity, rapidly changing environment. A background in executive calendar and inbox management, project follow-through, and concise executive writing is highly valued. The Chief of Staff will be expected to work remotely, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace, and must be prepared to work approximately 40 hours per week.
