Physical Therapist - New Graduates are Accepted

Responsibilities


• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and rehabilitation techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care
• Support patient recovery through safe mobility practices and therapeutic activities
• Mentor therapy assistants or students when applicable

Requirements


• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Basic Life Support certification required within the designated timeframe

Qualifications


• Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques
• Ability to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
