Commercial and Personal Lines Producer Job Summary Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial and Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, leveraging your expertise to drive new business and cross-sell opportunities. Compensation Package Base Salary : $36,000 - $38,000 annually Responsibilities Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities in both commercial and personal lines Leverage referrals and cross-sell opportunities within the existing book of business Actively participate in networking groups, chambers of commerce, and other business development activities Provide feedback and collaborate on strategies to explore new sales avenues, including purchasing leads Work with over 30 different carriers to provide tailored insurance solutions to clients Utilize software tools such as Epic, InsureMind, and EZLynx to manage accounts and streamline processes Qualifications/Requirements Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience : 1-5+ years of experience in insurance sales, with some commercial lines experience preferred Technical Skills : Proficiency in office suite software and familiarity with insurance management systems (Epic, InsureMind, EZLynx) Soft Skills : Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent work ethic and self-motivation Quick decision-making and critical thinking abilities Adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
