Peoplelink Staffing Solutions , in partnership with a leading automotive manufacturer in the Princeton, IN area, is seeking a Data Entry Administrator to join their growing team! 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 PM - 4:00 AM


Job Summary


The Data Entry Administrator is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining production and shipping-related data while supporting daily administrative operations. Candidates with previous shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse administrative experience are highly encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain data in company databases and tracking systems.
• Verify paperwork for accuracy and completeness before entering information.
• Process shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and inventory records.
• Assist with inventory tracking and logistics documentation.
• Maintain organized filing systems for shipping, receiving, and production records.
• Generate reports for customers and management in a timely manner.
• Communicate professionally with internal departments and customers regarding documentation and shipment information.
• Support daily administrative functions and special projects as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous data entry experience required.
• Shipping, receiving, warehouse administration, or logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Basic understanding of inventory, shipping, and receiving processes is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions.
