Production Associate – 2nd Shift | $18.75/hr | Weekly Pay | Kansas City, KS
We're hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Kansas City, KS . If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a consistent 2nd shift schedule, we'd like to hear from you.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday–Thursday
- 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Occasional Friday overtime
- $18.75/hour
- Weekly pay
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and package parts according to specifications
- Complete in-process documentation accurately
- Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble, and label products
- Operate side wrappers and pallet jacks
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to use hand-held measuring tools
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, kneel, squat, and climb throughout the shift
- Lift, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures
