Key responsibilities Create and manage editorial content across multiple formats, ensuring alignment with the publication's voice and audience needs Develop insight-led decision-support content to aid operations leaders in strategic and organizational decision-making Expand audience reach through contributor relationships, strategic partnerships, and community engagement initiatives Required qualifications Experience in creating B2B or practitioner-led editorial content Strong interviewing and synthesis skills with the ability to turn complex topics into engaging editorial experiences Proven track record of growing newsletter engagement and subscriber audiences Familiarity with multimedia formats including podcasts, webinars, and social media Understanding of SEO, audience engagement strategies, and analytics for content optimization
