Join the practice you deserve, join Familia today!SUMMARY OF COMPENSATION(varies based on location and experience):Average earning potential $250,000-$450,000 (Including New Graduates!).Daily minimum guarantee of $800 - $1, % of production paid on everything including X-rays (plus locational % premiums).Two weeks paid vacation time.Cash bonuses up to $60,000.Long Term Cash Incentives up to $60,000.Full medical benefits (includes family).Malpractice coverage.Visa sponsorship for H-1B, TN and Green Card available.$3,000 Continuing education allowance per year (plus automatic enrollment in FamiliaU for mentorship, proficiency and advanced skills training).License reimbursement.401k with employer match.Relocation assistance packages available for experienced dentists.RequirementsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients.Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.Ensure treatment plan is reviewed with each family and receive informed consents for treatments services.Deliver quality dental care to every patient.Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA regulations.Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment.Familia Dental is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
