We’re a team that values both creativity and teamwork - whether operating solo or collaboratively, we endeavor to achieve great results.As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for operational questions and requests, providing guidance where appropriate and coordinating with the right Legal stakeholders. You will be responsible for executing on workflows as well as streamlining strategic processes and operational functions of the Legal team. You will also work closely with other Legal Operations teammates to help implement key systems, optimize processes, manage projects, and create objectives and performance metrics. You will partner your colleagues across Legal to understand the needs and develop and execute solutions that scale alongside the business. This position requires a combination of execution skills, project management, and process optimization.Our ideal candidate will take initiative, operate with discretion and resourcefulness, and thrive off of executing on and supporting the processes, systems and platforms of the Legal team.
