Senior Security Analyst - Identity Governance

Salary: $80,000 - 104,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• We require at least 4 years of experience as a Security Analyst supporting IAM, IGA, or information security programs.
• We need strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• We need experience supporting Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes and technologies.

• Preferred experience includes Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Preferred understanding of enterprise metadata management and data governance frameworks.
• Preferred experience in financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industries.
• Preferred knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks such as SOX, FFIEC, SEC, FINRA, and NIST.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, Security+, SailPoint certifications, or Saviynt certifications are preferred.

• We partner with business, security, technology, risk, and compliance teams to strengthen enterprise Identity Governance and Access Governance capabilities and support secure, compliant access management.
• We drive initiatives that improve identity data quality, metadata governance, and authoritative source management across the organization.
• We lead role mining, role engineering, and RBAC optimization efforts to streamline access management, reduce risk, and support least-privilege principles.
• We support and improve access certification programs, user access reviews, separation of duties controls, and governance processes to meet compliance and audit needs.
• We gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IAM and IGA solutions while working with technology teams on process and governance enhancements.
• We collaborate with HR, Enterprise Data Management, application owners, and technology teams to improve identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
• We develop reporting, metrics, and governance standards to measure program effectiveness, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• We contribute to strategic IAM transformation initiatives and support enterprise-scale governance programs, modern IGA platforms, and cross-functional security and compliance work.
