As demand for high-quality hurricane protection continues to grow, we’re expanding our Sales Team and looking for driven, competitive sales professionals who want the opportunity to earn six figures and beyond.
This is a 100% commission + bonus opportunity designed for self-motivated salespeople who thrive in a performance-driven environment. We provide pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments , so you can focus on what you do best — building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

- Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from appointment through contract
- Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects the Florida Window & Door brand
We’re looking for motivated, competitive, coachable salespeople who are driven by results and income.
Successful candidates will have:
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- A proven ability to build trust and sell value
- A competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Professional appearance and attitude
- A willingness to learn and follow our proven sales process
Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close, we want to talk to you.
Compensation & Benefits- Paid training
- 10% commission + bonuses
- $150K+ average annual earnings
- $300K+ earning potential for top performers
- W2 or 1099 employment options
- 401(k) with 4% company match
- Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for eligible W2 employees
- Ongoing coaching and sales support
- Full-time
- Monday–Saturday
- One weekday + Sunday off
- Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
