ProStainless is looking to add dynamic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representatives with mastery in Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining positive customer relationships. What You’ll Do:

• Customer Support & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide quick, accurate updates on pricing, order status, lead times, and shipping.
• RFQs & Estimating Support: Respond to customer RFQs (Requests for Quotes) with the ability to accurately interpret spec sheets and provide detailed quotes ensuring all product is compliant.
• Order Entry & Processing: Accurately enter customer orders into our CRM system, ensuring all material specifications, customer information, pricing and delivery dates are correct.
• Account Management: Proactively follow up on open quotes, identify trends amongst customer purchasing, and nurture long-term client relationships. Actively mitigate customer/product issues with positive and constructive solutions.
• Cross-Department Communication: Communicate effectively and efficiently any specific needs to be met with Purchasing and Warehouse .
• Provide the best customer service with professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management—ideally within a manufacturing, metal fabrication, or industrial distribution environment but all industries welcome to apply.
• Software Savvy: Experience using standard CRM tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook and Excel is a must.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently address customers and fellow employees.
• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail—missing a decimal point or a spec requirement in this industry matters!
