Job Description Position Overview The Accounting Team Lead is a remote position leading a team of accounting professionals serving high-growth businesses. The Accounting Team Lead ensures quality and timely delivery of bookkeeping and accounting services while managing client relationships and team development. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and team workflow Ensure accurate and timely financial deliverables for client portfolio Organize and prioritize team efforts to meet deadlines Implement and maintain quality control procedures Mentor and develop team members, including offshore staff Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives Communicate clearly and timely with clients and colleagues Drive process improvements and best practices implementation Requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years accounting experience, preferably 2+ years public accounting experience at Big 4 or international firm Proven track record managing remote/offshore teams Strong project management and client communication skills Love for details and high-quality work Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Preferred Qualifications CPA or MBA Experience with tech and SaaS companies Experience with GAAP audits and multi-entity accounting Experience with cloud accounting platforms, automation tools, Excel, and Google Suite At Grandview CFO, we believe in investing in our team members’ growth and future.
