Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $19.98 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location. Control access at assigned entry points by verifying credentials, processing visitors, maintaining access logs, and reporting irregularities through established protocols. Monitor stations, terminals, offices, and/or restricted areas for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations, helping to deter disruptions to daily operations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing conditions and reporting maintenance, access control, and/or security‑related concerns. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
