Role

The Recruiter, internally known as Talent Acquisition Specialist’s (TAS) main goal is to fill open positions efficiently and effectively throughout the company. The TAS will use traditional sourcing strategies and organizational recruiting tools to hire national talent. This will drive our plans for dynamic organizational growth. The TAS is functional trailblazer, a continuous learner who stays current with industry standards and trends, and an integral member of the Paynada family. This is a home-based remote position that will require phone and video screens of candidates.

Job Responsibilities

• Actively source passive candidates using all tools available
• Thinking outside the box to keep talent pipeline flowing by researching new sources for candidate sourcing
• Exceed company goals for recruiting process
• Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and cultural alignment with Paynada
• Represent Paynada as the first point of contact and build long-term candidate relationships
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience from application through hiring process
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to refine recruiting strategies
• Maintain accurate notes and records in ATS (ADP WorkforceNow)
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine effectiveness of recruiting efforts
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required

• Minimum of 2-3 years of full cycle sales recruiting experience, preferably in financial services
• Proven track record of exceeding recruiting quota
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage day in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Software (ADP WorkforceNow) or related software.
• Basic understating of payment processing systems and merchant services preferred
• Good home internet connection.
