Position Summary: We are seeking an attorney with 1–3 years of experience for an associate position in personal injury law to join our team. This position involves case management, negotiations, and the handling of cases from intake through resolution, including all aspects of litigation. The position presents a unique opportunity to work and be mentored by experienced successful litigators in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury matters Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations Attend court appearances Communicate with clients, medical providers, and experts Negotiate settlements and work directly with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Collaborate with support staff to move cases forward efficiently Requirements: Admitted to practice in New York State 2–3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, plaintiffs preferred Strong negotiating skills Courtroom and deposition experience preferred Ability to manage time and deadlines effectively Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Performance-based bonuses Health insurance and 401(k) Paid vacation and holidays Professional support and opportunities for growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $99,175.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Port Washington, NY 11050 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Port Washington, NY 11050: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
