Come be a part of the revolution!As a Maintenance, you'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for the residents at Heritage House in Atlantic.As a skilled building maintenance professional, you will:Perform advanced maintenance and repairs in light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and paintingConduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance.Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal.Oversee and coordinate with external contractors.Transport residents to and from appointments.Opening: Full-Time- 7AM-3:30PM, rotating weekends and on-callQualifications:5 years of hands-on experience in construction trades or facility maintenance, preferredProven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.Community Location: 1200 Brookridge Cir, Atlantic, IA 50022What we offer:Compensation & Flexibility:The starting pay range for this position is $18-$25/hour.
