Electrical Assembler

Job Title: Assembler Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team, working on the 1st shift from 6 am to 2 pm. This role involves electrical assembly based on written work instructions, including wiring through towers, building small basic electrical panels, and assembling wall mounts in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
Responsibilities

• Perform electrical assembly following written instructions.
• Put wires through towers and build small electrical panels.
• Assemble wall mounts.
• Maintain high quality standards in a high-mix, low-volume assembly environment.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of assembly experience.
• Proficiency in wiring, assembly, and electrical tasks.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and interpreting blueprints for electrical wiring.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
