Mid-Market ADML Practice Leader - Absence, Disability Management and Life Insurance (ADML)

WTW is creating a new Mid-Market Absence, Disability Management and Life Insurance (ADML) practice focused on delivering scalable, high-impact solutions to clients in the 500 to 5,000 life segment. This role is the founding leader of that effort. As the Mid-Market ADML Practice Leader, you will design, launch, and scale a differentiated delivery model for mid-market clients. You will build the team, define processes and workflows, and ensure consistent, high-quality client outcomes. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, comfort operating in ambiguity, and a strong track record of building and scaling advisory capabilities within a complex organization. The Role * Serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to mid-market, complex clients in the design and management of ADML programs, including benefit plan analysis, vendor procurement, audits, and paid leave program development. * Create and lead the Mid-Market ADML practice, including defining strategy, operating model, workflows, and service offerings.

• Build, deploy, and manage a high-performing team of consultants.
• Materially grow ADML revenue through participation in new business pursuits

and expansion of existing client relationships. * Oversee project planning and delivery; review, finalize, and present deliverables to senior client stakeholders. * Contribute to WTW marketing and thought leadership through speaking engagements, articles, and industry participation. * Demonstrate strong people leadership through direct management, coaching, and mentoring of consultants.
