Care Advocate

SCAN Health Plan

SCAN Health Plan is looking for a Member Service Advocate to provide exceptional support to members regarding their benefits and concerns. This position is remote and involves educating members about options and ensuring their satisfaction through quality customer service.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in call centers or customer service, preferably with knowledge of Medicare. The role emphasizes communication skills and the ability to handle calls efficiently.
