Job Description
The Junior Assistant Manager will support daily operations and oversee a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 members. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, effective communication, and providing training assistance to team members to ensure smooth workflow and team cohesion.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the team
- Assist in training and onboarding new staff
- Support team coordination and daily task management
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of management experience
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and customer service abilities
- Demonstrated leadership potential
