What You'll Do
- Train and educate patients on using the Tablo Hemodialysis System for home dialysis
- Guide patients through treatment setup, operation, and troubleshooting
- Monitor patient competency and ensure safe at-home treatments
- Provide ongoing support and reinforcement during patient training sessions
- Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure continuity of care
- Document training progress and patient outcomes accurately
- Manage a patient load of 2 to 3 training sessions per day
What You Need
Required:
- Active RN license in Texas
- Recent dialysis experience
- Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
- Strong patient education and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage training schedules
Preferred:
- Home health or chronic care experience
