Analyst, International Accounting

Location : MIA City Ticket Office (MIA-CTYO) Cities : Miami - FL Requisition ID : 85961 What you'll do Ensures sufficient support is maintained for company payment processed by the Miami office Processes all new vendor set up requests, validating the vendor’s validity and ensuring proper support for all requests was obtained Prepares month-end account reconciliations, journal entries and support schedules Prepares ad-hoc reports for special projects as requested by the Accounting Manager Works multiple projects simultaneously, setting deadlines and adjusting priorities based on guidance from the Manager Present results and follow-through to completion for all initiatives Ability to work flexible hours when required Domestic and International travel may be required All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience/training Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Previous related accounting experience Demonstrated knowledge of airline accounting practices Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Skills, Licenses & Certifications Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality at all times and to ensure adherence to the Company’s Confidentiality Policy Ability to undertake appropriate training as needed and to take responsibility for self-development Demonstrates excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical Ability to work with mainframe based tools; proficient with PC and Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills What you’ll get Travel Perks: You, your family and your friends can reach 365 destinations on more than 6,800 daily flights across our global network.
