Setting: Out Patient/Clinic + mobile visits

Shifts: Days

What We’re Looking For:

-Active Physical Therapy License in the state of Montana (or ability to obtain) New Grads Accepted!

-Team Player with a Positive Attitude: We value camaraderie and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Administer physical care and treatments to patients with various conditions, both on-site and mobile/in home.

-Assess and monitor patients' status, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

-Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

-Educate patients and families.

-Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
