Psychiatry Physician

Healthcare United is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join an established behavioral health team in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for individuals with psychiatric disorders.
  

• Work with patients across diverse backgrounds, ensuring the highest standards of care in an inpatient environment.
  

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  

• When assigned, provide supervision for students and residents.
  

• Participate in evaluating the quality of services provided and contribute to departmental improvements.
  

• Demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills.
  

• Adhere to institutional, regulatory, and professional guidelines governing the delivery of mental health services.
  

• Maintain reliable attendance and professional conduct in support of operational excellence.
  

• Contribute to the mission and values of the organization by supporting patient-centered care initiatives.
  

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
  

• Minimum two years of experience preferred
  

• Eligible for medical licensure in applicable state
