Golfzon Social Scarsdale, located in Scarsdale, NY, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Position Summary: The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing menu items according to Golfzon Social's recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. This position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest. We're looking for a dependable, motivated Line Cook who takes pride in preparing quality food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares and cooks menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Ensures food quality, consistency, and timely ticket execution
• Follows all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
• Properly stores, labels, rotates, and stocks food products using FIFO procedures
• Assists with daily prep work and kitchen opening and closing duties
• Communicates effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Monitors product quality and notifies management of inventory needs
• Maintains equipment and reports maintenance issues promptly
• Supports fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications:

• One to two years of line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain one)
