Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record initial assessments and establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
• Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention.
• Develop and implement a measurable, individualized plan of care for patients.
• Participate in patient and significant other health education and discharge planning.
• Delegate unit work assignments to ensure timely completion of required patient care activities.
• Promote a positive work environment with professional support for unit staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
• Current BLS Certification required from AHA.
• Current ACLS Certification required from AHA.
• Current TNCC Certification required.
• Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the patient population served.
