Title: Finance & Accounting Manager – Advisory Services Location: Dallas, TX Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience) Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join our advisory team and partner directly with our clients on a wide range of accounting and finance projects. This role is hands‑on, client facing, and ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex financial and accounting challenges across multiple environments. The successful candidate brings a blend of public accounting and industry experience, or current/recent experience in a finance and accounting advisory role. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute client‑facing accounting and finance engagements from planning through delivery. Assess clients’ current processes, systems, and controls; identify gaps and recommend practical improvements. Support clients with technical accounting, GAAP application, and complex transaction and reporting matters. Develop, analyze, and improve financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for clients. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent engagements. Collaborate with client leadership to interpret results and drive data‑informed business decisions. Coordinate and mentor project team members to ensure high‑quality work and professional development. Contribute to business development through proposal support, scoping discussions, and client relationship building. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance Possess a blend of public accounting and industry experience, or advisory/consulting experience in finance and accounting CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification Demonstrate strong client‑facing interpersonal skills and comfort leading meetings with executive stakeholders Prior hands‑on experience with financial statements, month‑end close, and process improvement Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high quality and attention to detail Preferred Exposure to ERP implementations, system conversions, or finance technology initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Taylor White
