Descripción del puesto Como Director de restaurante en D'Cata Wine, te encargarás de la gestión diaria del local, asegurando una operación fluida en sala y coordinación con cocina. Supervisarás al equipo, organizarás horarios, apoyarás en procesos de selección, y garantizarás que el servicio mantenga los estándares de calidad y la identidad del restaurante. También te ocuparás de la relación con clientes, resolución de incidencias, apoyo en la planificación de eventos y control básico de inventario y costes. Este es un puesto a tiempo parcial, presencial, ubicado en Miami, FL. Experiencia en satisfacer a las personas clientas y en ofrecer un servicio al cliente excelente, con enfoque en la mejora continua de la experiencia y la fidelización. Aptitudes sólidas de comunicación, liderazgo de equipos y capacidad para coordinar diferentes áreas del restaurante de forma efectiva. Experiencia previa en contratación y gestión de personal, incluyendo formación en servicio y cultura de la empresa. Conocimientos en food & beverage, incluyendo vinos, maridajes básicos y control de calidad de productos y servicio. Se valora formación en hostelería, gestión de restaurantes o similar, dominio funcional de inglés y español, y capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y bajo presión. #J-18808-Ljbffr D'Cata Wine
