Server - Upland Brewing Company Help us set the tone for excellence in craft beer & food as a Server for Upland Pump House in Columbus, IN. We are hiring hard-working, customer-focused servers to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Upland Brewing Company has crafted award-winning beer since 1998. Our brewpubs highlight the full Upland experience highlighted by craft beer, artisan food, & Midwestern hospitality. Each of our ten Indiana locations is family-friendly with outstanding patios where friends & neighbors gather to share old stories & create new ones.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on our beer and food
- Guide guests with ordering decisions including highlighting new menu & beer specials
- Maintain a clean environment in the dining room and service stations
- Set tables, deliver food & beverage
- Deliver a great customer experience for all guests
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to listen & communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Employee discounts on beer, meals, & merch
