Bethesda Physical Therapy seeks a highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and organized individual to serve as a key counterpart to our Office Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic. This part-time Front Desk Admin position requires a passion for precision and a knack for leveraging technology to optimize clinic workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to creating a positive and seamless patient experience while contributing to a well-organized and effectively run clinic. What You’ll Do (Supporting the Office Manager): Execute precise front desk operations, ensuring a consistently positive and seamless patient experience. Contribute to the optimization of daily clinic workflows, maintaining meticulously organized schedules and efficient processes. Provide expert-level customer service, proactively addressing patient inquiries and resolving concerns with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain meticulous records of patient intake paperwork, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate prior to appointments. Process payments with precision, managing self-pay, co-pays, and co-insurance transactions with accuracy and efficiency. What We’re Looking For: Healthcare experience in providing exceptional customer service with a demonstrated passion for patient care. Aptitude for technology and a demonstrated ability to quickly master new systems, including scheduling and EMR software. Exceptional organizational skills and an unwavering commitment to accuracy and detail in all tasks.
