We are looking for a Family Medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and provide care at the Aurora Physician Office Building at St. Luke's in Milwaukee, WI.

Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center - MOB 3, Suite 170

• Well-established primary care practice situated on the grounds of Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

• This position has opened up due to a physician's retirement, offering a blend of inherited and new patients.

• Join a collaborative team of 6 physicians (3 in Internal Medicine and 3 in Family Medicine) along with 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

• Flexible scheduling options include either a 4 or 4.5-day work week, with hours from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Access to a comprehensive range of specialties and on-site hospital-based diagnostic and ancillary services, including lab and imaging.

• Robust clinical support featuring a dedicated Medical Assistant, a team-based "pod" structure, 3 shared RNs, and APPs managing overflow patient demand while starting their own patient panels, plus a part-time social worker to enhance patient care.

• Diverse patient demographics, including newborns to seniors, with a significant immigrant population, providing a rich and meaningful clinical experience.

• A collaborative environment characterized by an open-door culture, where physicians and staff work closely together, fostering strong teamwork.
