Become part of one of the largest and most esteemed healthcare systems in the country and discover what it means to thrive. We are looking for an Internal Medicine physician to join our physician-led medical group and provide care at the Aurora Health Center located in New Berlin, WI.

Key Highlights

• Focus on Family Medicine without Obstetrics

• Two-year salary guarantee ranging from $333,037, along with student loan forgiveness and a signing bonus of up to $125,000

• Join a primary care team consisting of internists, family practitioners, and med/peds specialists

• The facility offers a wide array of specialties, including: Diabetic Educators, urology, podiatry, neurology, endocrinology, surgery, electrophysiology, OBGYN, orthopedics, cardiology, nephrology, and behavioral health

• On-site equipment features a full ACL lab, imaging services such as x-ray, CT scans, 3D mammography, and bone density testing, along with a full-service pharmacy, urgent care, and procedure room

• Supportive infrastructure including Medical Assistants, 2.5 FTEs of shared RNs focused solely on triage, and an Advanced Practice Clinician managing their own patient panel

• Utilization of EPIC EMR

• Be part of a nationally recognized integrated organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines

• Access DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, which enhances clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and signature

• Work in an environment dedicated to providing safe and equitable care for all patients
