On-call: Yes - Weekends: Yes — either Saturday or Sunday required
Requirements:
- WA license in hand (compact license must be in hand at submission)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
Compliance / Notes:
- Must commit to working 3 of the 5 listed holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year's Day)
- Aya and client offer up to 7 days for RTO; requests exceeding this may delay approval
- Compliance modules are non-billable, with average completion time of 16 hours
- Background check policies apply; facility does not accept Nursys or BG hits
- Must disclose prior employment at the partner facility during submission
