Role Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for our AI-powered coaching platform. At Mento, we believe deeply in the enduring value of human coaching—our AI tools exist to extend the reach and impact of great coaches, not replace them. You'll define how AI and human coaching work together across two distinct but connected product surfaces: tools that help our coaches do their best work, and experiences that help members get more out of coaching between and beyond their sessions.
This is a hands-on PM role at an early-stage company. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and our coaching team to ship product, and you'll bring a deep understanding of the coaching and HR space to every decision you make. We move quickly and are continuously working to leverage AI and other technologies to streamline our process.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the AI coaching product roadmap.
- Define and prioritize features across both the coach-facing and member-facing sides of the platform.
- Translate coaching expertise into product.
- Support and prioritize coaching operations.
- Work with HR buyers and enterprise stakeholders.
- Drive product discovery and user research alongside design.
- Leverage AI throughout your PM practice.
- Drive team planning, process, and tooling.
- Collaborate tightly with engineering and design.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of product management experience.
- Understanding or curiosity about coaching.
- Experience with HR buyers and enterprise dynamics.
- View AI as a tool for augmentation, not replacement.
- Strong collaboration on research and design.
- Data-informed but user-obsessed.
