This role involves managing a shared book of business with a premium size of $400,000 in revenue, focusing on personal lines accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Compensation Package Salary: Up to $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Bonus: Quarterly retention bonus, with a maximum of up to 10% of annual salary Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a shared book of business with approximately 500 accounts, ranging from $100 to $10,000 in revenue per account Handle a mix of 20% new business and 80% renewals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, with a focus on Auto Owners, Cincinnati, and Selective Insurance Utilize AMS 360 agency management system to manage accounts and ensure accurate documentation Collaborate with team members to meet retention and growth goals Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored insurance solutions Qualifications/Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance (candidates with 1 year of experience may be considered for a lower salary range) Familiarity with key carriers such as Auto Owners, Cincinnati, and Selective Insurance is highly preferred Proficiency in using AMS 360 or similar agency management systems Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a high volume of accounts High school diploma or GED required Ability to work onsite 4 days per week, with 1 day remote (flexibility for hybrid arrangements may be discussed) #J-18808-Ljbffr
