Indirect Consumer Loan Member Service Representative, Full-time, HybridMarlborough MA

Responsibilities Monday- Friday 9a-6p, Alt. Saturday. Responsible for processing loan applications and preparing and disbursing loan closing documents in an efficient and timely manner. Review and analyze loan application documentation to determine loan integrityand validity, of loan applications and packages prior to funding. Follow appropriate procedures and guidelines to limit risk exposure. Prepare and disburse thorough and accurate loan closing documents. Qualifications Provide timely and accurate information on the Credit Union's loan programs, as well as prompt, courteous, and professional service to members, branch performance expectations including, average handle time, schedule adherence, Minimum of one year of experience in indirect lending within a financial High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in a Call Center environment preferred. Ability to read and understand credit bureau reports a plus.
