Part-Time | Saturday & Sunday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
10 hours per week | $17–$19/hour

About Nurture

Nurture Aesthetics & Wellness is a locally owned, nurse-led boutique aesthetics and wellness practice in Westerville. We pride ourselves on providing an elevated but approachable experience where clients feel welcomed, cared for, and never rushed.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dependable, outgoing Front Desk / Client Experience Coordinator to become the face of Nurture on weekends.

This is more than a traditional receptionist position. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes initiative, and understands how the small details can create an exceptional client experience.

Schedule

Saturday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM–5:00 PM

Approximately 10 consistent hours per week .

Weekend availability and reliability are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and check in clients
• Schedule and rebook appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and basic client questions
• Assist with client checkout and payment
• Educate clients on Nurture services, promotions, memberships, and skincare products
• Help clients navigate online booking and membership benefits
• Support providers throughout the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated reception and retail area
• Restock retail products and client amenities as needed
• Help identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience
• Encourage appropriate rebooking and follow-up
• Assist with occasional administrative or marketing-related tasks during downtime

• Comfortable talking with clients in person and over the phone
• Able to multitask while maintaining a calm, welcoming environment
• Comfortable learning about aesthetic treatments, skincare, and wellness services
• Naturally good at recommending services or products without being pushy
• Self-motivated and able to identify what needs to be done without constant direction
• Excited to work within a small, growing business

Previous experience in aesthetics, med spa, skincare, wellness, hospitality, retail, reception, or customer service is preferred but not required for the right person.

Compensation & Perks
