Field-Based RN for Community Health & Homeless Support
RiseWell Community Services
RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join their Safe Options Support Team in Brooklyn, NY. This role focuses on providing comprehensive care to homeless New Yorkers and those in precarious situations, addressing both physical and mental health needs. The ideal candidate will have a New York RN license and at least one year of clinical experience, especially in behavioral health.
