Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) in clinic and in-home settings
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff
• Analyze data to guide treatment decisions and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely documentation
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Active state licensure (as applicable)
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Strong clinical documentation and teamwork skills
