Service Delivery Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator . This is a hybrid position, onsite 3x per week in Morrisville, NC. *This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits!* As a Service Delivery Coordinator , you will serve as the primary point of contact for service and project delivery activities including coordinating customer intake, scheduling, resource and material procurement, and communication with both customers and internal teams. This position is looking for candidates with experience in service operations coordination and working knowledge of HVAC, Building Automation Systems, and/or Security and Access Control systems! What You'll Be Doing Intake customer service requests and manage work order creation and lifecycle Plan, coordinate, and schedule execution teams for all core service types, including service agreements, reactive work orders, and quoted service Own all coordination for core service delivery, collaborating with internal and external teams and subcontractors in a rapid-response business environment Support customers directly through operational excellence and relationship development with execution teams Document activities, track projects, and manage records for all service-related activities Coordinate material procurement and supplemental labor as needed to support service initiatives Communicate effectively and cross-functionally to ensure seamless, expeditious delivery of service Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in Service Coordination, Project Coordination, Service Dispatch, or related roles within building systems, HVAC, controls, or security industries Working knowledge of HVAC, BAS, or Security and Access Control systems Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Strong experience with Microsoft Office and virtual call systems such as Genesys Familiarity with Work Order Management Systems such as Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities simultaneously Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
