Qualifications and Desired Experience: Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist Professional experience in a school-based or educational setting preferred Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication and assessment skills in both languages Commitment to culturally responsive practices and supporting multilingual learners Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team while managing a varied caseload Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychoeducational assessments in both English and Spanish to identify student strengths and needs Deliver counseling, consultation, and intervention services to students individually and in groups Collaborate with educators, families, and related professionals to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Consult on crisis intervention and create behavior intervention plans as needed Advocate for best practices to support a safe, inclusive, and equitable school environment Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and district regulations
