Description

We are seeking a Product Test Technician III to lead the operation, integration, and troubleshooting of complex test systems. This role involves building and maintaining test infrastructure, fabricating advanced test articles, collaborating with engineering teams on system improvements, and mentoring junior technicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Lead setup, operation, and troubleshooting of mechanical, fluid, and electro-mechanical test systems.

● Support development and implementation of ICON’s test infrastructure, including test stands, fluid systems, and processes.

● Fabricate and integrate test articles and equipment: fluid panels, actuators, motors, gears, electrical cabinets, PLCs, and welded assemblies.

● Collaborate with engineering to develop system upgrades, maintain documentation, and analyze test data with actionable recommendations.

● Mentor and guide junior Product Test Technicians.

● Occasional travel to job sites to support on-site testing, repair, and troubleshooting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
