Qualifications:

• Active Professional Educator License (PEL) or Substitute License required
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or working with children in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Reliable, flexible, and punctual

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities and supporting lesson implementation
• Provide individualized or small group support to students, fostering academic and behavioral success
• Supervise students in classroom, lunchroom, recess, and other school settings
• Support students with special needs by following individualized education plans and accommodations
• Help create an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere
• Support teachers with classroom preparation and administrative tasks as needed
• Model appropriate behavior and uphold school policies and values
