Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canon City, CO is seeking a compassionate RN to provide high-quality, person-centered care for residents in our skilled nursing and rehab community. In this team-oriented role, you will assess and monitor residents, administer medications and treatments, coordinate care plans, and support CNAs to ensure safety, dignity, and comfort. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, communicate with families, uphold clinical and regulatory standards, and benefit from training, growth opportunities, and a supportive, resident-focused culture.
