Job Description Work Model: Fully Remote (US-based only) Company: Evry Health Time Zone: CST or EST (Business Hours: Weekdays 9-5 CST) Key Responsibilities Customer Implementation & Integration: Lead end-to‑end technical implementations of AI tools (SaaS and on‑premise); design custom integrations with APIs, databases, and workflows; troubleshoot complex technical issues. Technical Sales & Pre‑Sales: Partner with sales teams on product demonstrations; respond to RFPs and compliance inquiries; serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise accounts. Customer Success & Training: Train customer teams on product capabilities; create technical documentation, integration guides, and API docs. Product Collaboration: Synthesize customer feedback to inform product roadmaps; share technical insights with Engineering teams. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting with direct enterprise customer experience. Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python. Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, Git, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and GraphQL. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and major platforms (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT); familiarity with enterprise security and compliance. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences; strong problem‑solving abilities. Preferred Bonuses Previous experience as a Field Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer in AI/SaaS. Experience implementing AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients. Background in healthcare technology (HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance). Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and Azure OpenAI Service.
