Responsibilities
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, Hard-Gel, Poly-gel, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area following strict disinfection procedures and sanitation standards
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable nail treatments, and suggest color options based on color theory principles
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative services
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions for long-lasting results
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to disinfection procedures and cosmetology licensing requirements
Requirements
- Valid esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related field
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, disinfection procedures, and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
