Speech and Language Pathologist in Bonita Springs, FL

Make an impact supporting students in a dynamic school setting as a Speech Language Pathologist. Multiple full-time and part-time opportunities are available across elementary, middle, and high schools for the upcoming academic year. This role is exclusively on-site and perfect for professionals who thrive on face-to-face collaboration.


Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Active Florida Department of Health SLP license and/or valid Florida teacher certification
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and locations as assigned
• Must complete required fingerprinting and credentialing; familiarity with the AHCA Clearinghouse is a plus

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students of varying age groups (caseloads assigned by school site)
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and create customized therapy plans
• Progress monitor student outcomes and document services provided
• Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student support
• Rotate across multiple school locations as determined by district needs
