The Role The client is looking for a smart, highly organized, and relentlessly reliable Operations Associate to help scale their team. The Operations Associate will initially focus on recruiting: talking to candidates, running interview processes, reviewing resumes, and helping the client hire great people. Over time, the Operations Associate will take on additional operational projects and work directly to improve processes across other parts of the company. What the Operations Associate Will Do Coordinate interviews and communicate directly with candidates, including building AI agents to automate these workflows Help evaluate candidates and sell them on joining the client Manage the client's recruiting pipeline, resumes, and candidate data in Ashby, and manage job posts across Handshake, university career centers, and other channels What the Client Is Looking For Extremely organized: can manage many moving pieces without dropping details Excellent communicator: clear, concise, polished, and personable High-agency and proactive: sees what needs to happen and makes it happen What the Operations Associate Will Gain Real ownership: help build candidate pipelines and improve how the client recruits as it scales Broad exposure: recruit across engineering, product, sales, and other functions at a rapidly growing AI startup Room to grow: take on additional operations responsibilities as the Operations Associate automates more of recruiting, based on their interests Experience Prior recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience is preferred, but not required.
