The ideal candidate will be responsible for:Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint products, primarily focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)Ensuring the secure and efficient management of user access across various enterprise systems and applications.Adhering to organizational policies and industry best practices.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQCreate and customize components like workflows, rules, connectors, and reports.Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems.Onboard applications into SailPoint IdentityIQ.Implement and manage RBAC and access policies.Conduct access certification campaigns.Manage identity lifecycle events.Perform role engineering, entitlement discovery, and enforce policy.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation.Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.Support audit and compliance activities.May provide technical leadership and mentoring.May also be involved in code reviews, training, assisting with IAM roadmaps, and administering environments.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IAM tools, with expertise in API integration, access governance, certifications, and file access management.Strong understanding of IAM concepts.Experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, and web technologies.Experience integrating SailPoint with various systems.Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.SailPoint certifications are a plus.SRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
