GoSharps is growing fast and we’re looking for driven, people-first professionals to join our sales team in Austin. We are the local leader in Healthcare Compliance Services and we’ve built our reputation the old-fashioned way: through trusted, face-to-face relationships and outstanding service. Role This is not a desk job. Our Medical Sales Representatives are in the field every day, meeting new people and growing our business across Greater Austin. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person consultations and service presentations Prospect medical offices and build lasting relationships within your local territory Set appointments with managers, clinical directors, physicians, and other decision-makers Represent GoSharps professionally and personably in every interaction Qualifications and Traits Are energized by face-to-face interactions rather than emails Love being on the move and meeting new people every day Can build rapport quickly with gatekeepers and decision-makers Are organized, accountable, and results-driven Present yourself confidently and professionally Have outside sales experience (preferred, but not required - we’ll train the right person) Compensation & Benefits Uncapped commissions + monthly performance bonuses Car & cell phone package Benefits after 90 days Sales reps who hit their goals average $75k-$85k in their first year, but there is no cap on commissions. #J-18808-Ljbffr GoSharps LLC
